Dit woonhuis in landhuisstijl was met recht een uitdaging. Het perceel had zo zijn beperkingen terwijl de woonwensen vroegen om meer ruimte. Gelukkig was een hogere goot- en nokhoogte toegestaan en hadden we de mogelijk om een kelder onder de woning te plaatsen. Hierdoor werd het ruimteprobleem opgelost. Door creatief gebruik te maken van de vorm van het perceel is er een statig maar toch vriendelijk woonhuis gerealiseerd
